Three Side Seal

THREE SIDE SEAL is a packaging form that is generally square or rectangular in shape with three (3) sealed areas on its sides. The sealed areas are commonly found on the left, right, and bottom sides. That's why many people also refer to Three Side Seal packaging as "SEAL U" (because the sealed areas resemble the letter 'u'). This allows manufacturers to fill the product into the open (top) part. Alternatively, it can also be customized to suit the manufacturer's needs (sealed areas on the left, right, and top). This allows manufacturers to fill the product into the open (bottom) part.

Standing Pouch

STANDING POUCH, often also referred to as STAND UP POUCH, is a type of packaging that can stand upright or vertically due to its curved folding area at the bottom. Standing pouch commonly uses main materials such as PET, OPP, Nylon, and lining materials like Metalized or Alufoil to make it airtight. To attract consumers further, STANDING POUCH can be printed in Matte/Doff and Glossy/Shiny color orientations (depending on the target market).

VACUUM PACK

VACUUM PACK is a type of packaging that is shaped like a three-side seal. Why is it called Vacuum Pack? This is because this type of packaging is designed to remove air (create a vacuum) before sealing. When the air has been removed, it is expected that the shelf life of a product will be extended. In this packaging, the material used is Nylon (which has a high level of elasticity and strong wrinkle resistance and is not prone to leakage).

GUSSET BAG

GUSSET BAG is a type of packaging that can stand upright or vertically, in contrast to a Standing Pouch. GUSSET BAG typically has a flat bottom and also features space on its left and right sides, allowing it to accommodate a larger quantity of products. Additionally, GUSSET BAGs are often found in horizontal forms (commonly used for foods like cookies, biscuits, wafers, astor, seaweed, etc.)
